The supervisor Veronica then got very aggressive with me and told me that no mistake had been made on their end and there was nothing she could do to change my order and told me that I would need to pay the difference if I wanted to get what I initially had ordered.

She then got very upset and raised her voice telling me that there was nothing they could do for me and that if I did not pay the difference, then I would need to take the order they were trying to hand me and leave.

I understand that there may be difficult days at work sometimes and dealing with difficult customers can be challenging, but what I cannot accept is the fact that just like she was trying to do her job, I was trying to full fill my job in picking up a simple meal for my employers children. Due to such experience, I feel that now I am forced to inconvenience my employer by having to drive to either the closest competitive restaurant or having to drive to a location out of my way just to avoid going through the same experience.
